We got a Louisiana Tech team coming from a very underrated conference USA getting a generous 4 points from the SMU Mustangs. The AAC has been a very top heavy conference this season, while C-USA has a very deep lineup of teams including an up and coming FAU team that rolled to a destruction of Akron last night. SMU has been terrible against the run this season, and LT has a stable of runners and various formations that will give the Mustangs headaches throughout the game, including athletic dual threat QB J'mar Smith. SMU as usual boast a lethal air attack, they are coming into this bowl with another passing guru in Sonny Dykes, who takes over as new head coach. I like a strong run game to be the difference after a long layoff. With the coaching change, the timing of the air attack may be a little off after the month layoff. Louisiana Tech should roll to a victory here, the 4 points may not even be needed.
