We started with dumpster diving (in Spanish called BASURA) yesterday. I do not have words. It is absolutely incredible what shops throw away. I am going to write longer post about it soon. We had great vegetarian barbecue for free yesterday - more pic of our diverse dinner coming soon. There is a lot to be said about food waste. This experience show me I was underestimating the issue! Although I know the numbers to see it is completely different story. Sad!
