Dear friends today I need your feedback !
Recently I start to think about several important questions .And so the people I meet in Discord(join us here https://discord.gg/RRDzn6c ) .
First of them its about hard fork 19 and voting !
The idea of having my vote 4 times bigger ( even with my usual 0.03 cents sounds really great but also bring some thoughts....
Maybe I stop vote for several days ?
Spending a lot of time in Steem give me the chance to meet so many great authors ........ how to stop support them ? Its people i upvote since I am in this platform ......great names and good authors. From one side i do not want stop support them but do they really need any longer my help ?
About the new authors .......I would like to follow and support every one of you but how ? I don't have unlimited voting power ............. 62% at this moment due a lot of voting ! I don't want to offend anyone with my votes on 20%i just try to help us much is possible !
So how YOU GUYS SOLVE THIS ?
Second thing in my post is about contests and feedback!
I personal run several contests. I usual try to reward every one but seems it's no way to do this !( not this rich ) Many times we have to pic a winner ...........but how ? Maybe I count votes on submission,maybe payout in nomination but is it fear ? Many of you have the support and upvotes from follow trails , guilds but is this the real voice of the community ? My decision is from now on to only count manual votes ! You have to open , read and give your voice ! For the once who decide to spend a bit time and engage here is one contest running of tomorrow .......
