I hate to work based on time.
I prefer to work towards tasks or goals.
But reality is not that binary. Often I find myself working as much time as possible in a given task that seems eternal.
And instead of reaching a goal, relaxing and get back to pursue another, it's more like achieving something and immediately start another because there are many in line just waiting. So yeah... this is not working based on goals. It's working as much and as long as possible in whatever task is the most urgent.
Sometimes I'm aware and tolerate it. Sometimes it's just automatic.
I guess it's time to sit back, reflect and act accordingly.
