Ahhhh these last few days 😲
My left wrist is injured... tuesday I hurt the right hand.
Wednesday Karate class... yada yada... right foot swollen.
Friday night lack of energy... bad news at work...
Saturday... no apetite, fever.
Sunday my back was killing me because I spent too much time lying down resting.
What a loop 🔄
Good reminder to keep the basics done all the time. Sometimes we need to tap out and disappear for a while to recover.
Break the loop, shake it off and come back refreshed.
