The ƒractally whitepaper (Framework for the Next Generation of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) is now available in French, adding to the Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese and Turkish versions, which can be downloaded here.
In order to support the fractal governance model, the ƒractally ƒrancophonie team has been formed with the mission to educate, train and promote fractally governance in francophones regions. The team just hosted his first webinar on zoom and the next one is scheduled to take place on June 15, 17h00 EST.
ƒractally framework empowers communities to create and distribute value that was previously unobtainable. It taps the wisdom of the crowds to build consensus on how to better recognize everyone’s contribution to the community.
ƒractally recognizes and rewards the contribution of all participants. Members of a fractal community express their opinion by distributing "Respect" tokens to all participants. They recognize that present contributions are more valuable than past contributions. Through an incremental process, members evaluate and reward peer contributions by consensus each week during consensus meetings, also called governance meetings. The official language of participation in the ƒractally genesis is English and all participants must read and sign the “Fractal Genesis Contribution Agreement”.
ƒractally is a consensus-building process that is not token-weighted or wealth-weighted and is resistant to sybil attacks. Its governance model rewards individuals for their recent past contributions towards the creation of public goods and services using the Fibonacci distribution model, a more softer distribution of Pareto. The next generations of DAOs will increase the collective value of their participants, while reducing each one's individual effort.
