All face sentences with a minimum 15 years to life in prison.
The judge declared a mistrial today about 2:45 pm. After the jury was deadlocked for about 15 hours yesterday and today. They informed the judge they could not come to a unanimous decision on any of the 3 counts against Carrizal.
I'm not sure what happens from here. He will probably face a new trial.
This case was supposed to be the benchmark for all the rest of the state's cases against the bikers that attended the COCI meeting at Twin Peaks.
An acquittal would have been ideal but this is a good step.
