For those of you who don’t know. Texas has no state income tax. (We still pay Federal income tax). As a consequence we have state sales tax. It’s 8.25%. Right before school starts back we have what the state calls “tax free weekend”.
Everybody is all excited about “tax free weekend” every year. Yes, I guess it’s better than nothing. But you know what would be better than that?
Tax free. Government free. Tyranny free.
Actual freedom. What a concept.
