Cop Watching Ninja Style. If at all possible it's really important to try and get candid footage of law-enforcement interacting with the public. But actually it's kind of a Catch-22 if you're trying to use your camera as a deterrent to make people behave it's sometimes better to let the police know that you're filming. It's more of a what the situation calls for kind of a thing!
