I went ahead and hyperlinked "Blacks Law" to the "Black's Law Dictionary" Wikipedia page, thanks for the suggestion. Have you clicked on all the hyperlinks? Literally all the information and tools are here for one not on probation or parole to protect themselves from being charged with victimless crimes and from paying taxes if they so chose.
