Today 16 of July all the Venezuelan people are invited to vote in the plebiscite to give an opinion about the “Constituyente” proposed by Maduro.

All Venezuelans over 18 or 18 years old on July 16 participate in the process.
There are 3 questions for the people:

1.- Do you disavow and refuse to accept the creation of a constituent national assembly proposed by Nicolás Maduro without the prior approval of the Venezuelan people?

2.- Do you demand the Bolivarian National Armed Forces demand to obey and defend the Constitution of 1999 and to support the decisions of the National Assembly?

3.- Do you approve the renewal of the Public Powers in accordance with what is established in the Constitution, as well as the organisation of elections and the formation of a new government of national unity?

For many this voting process is perceived as a waste of time, but it is something more, it is the application in the essence of Articles 333 and 350 of the Venezuelan constitution.

It is the greatest act of civil disobedience that has been seen in Venezuela.

Hoy 16 de julio todo el pueblo Venezolano está invitado a votar en el plebiscito para opinar acerca de la constituyente propuesta por Maduro.

Todos los venezolanos mayores de 18 años o quienes hayan cumplido 18 años al 16 de julio, podrán participar en el proceso. Las preguntas son 3:

1.- ¿Rechaza y desconoce la realización de una asamblea nacional constituyente propuesta por Nicolás Maduro sin la aprobación previa del pueblo venezolano?

2.- ¿Demanda a la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana obedecer y defender la Constitución del año 1999 y respaldar las decisiones de la Asamblea Nacional?

3.- ¿Aprueba que se proceda a la renovación de los Poderes Públicos de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Constitución, así como la realización de elecciones y la conformación de un nuevo gobierno de unidad nacional?

Para muchos es una pérdida de tiempo, pero es algo más, es la aplicación en esencia de 333 y 350 de la constitución Venezolana.

Es el acto de desobediencia civil más grande que haya visto Venezuela.
