Big waves are ravaging homes, landlord and estate developers now fear the storm of the night, the thought of waking up to see your house gone is threatening to the heart, I could remember years ago when we use to watch the trauma of floods, flash floods, earthquake, tsunami, hurricane ravage the developed nations, it's a common say here that that is there cross over there, ours is underdevelopment, this cross of ours will later bring on a natural disasters.
The rainy season is bringing a lot of disaster too.
Time have passed and we are beginning to see that earthquake can also come here, illegal mining and drilling has opened the earth core and water table disintegrating a lot of things. We now cut tress at an exponential rate and replace it as if nature is begging us to do so, well, now we are at the mercy of nature itself.
While growing up it is a common occurrence for every house to have a tree, possibly a fruit tree right in front of them, later knew it wasn't actually for fruit only but to break the wind, therefore we have no leaking roof, flood related disaster was far from us, the opposite is here now as houses are built in urban places with no single flower to decorate it, everyone is busy jamming the keyboard, squarely facing there bussiness, well, here comes Mr Karma.
This rainy season is bringing a lot of suspense along, you'll have to stay awake and consult whatever God you serve to please let this cup pass you by.
