Smooth and consistent, runny yet viscous, the batter of our favourite deep fried foods is just as important to the resulting deliciousness as what may be inside.
If life was deep fried goodness the golden delicious crispy batter layer would be our projected selves protecting what ever may be on the inside from burning and becoming soggy with the smoking hot oils of life.
The batter serves a purpose it protects what we really wish for ourselves from complete saturation. We make this batter with the supports and tools we have to journey through life. Just like deep fried goods the protective layer needs to be thick enough for protection but not so thick that the batter is all you perceive.
The batter, your projected self, is just as important as what lays within so be certain you make your batter to the consistency of your preference.
