To some of you who lives in a country where rain is an asset, it is certainly not so in where I live. There is too much rainfall in Malaysia to some extent destructive during the annual monsoon season. Flood with overflow water from the river destroys homes and properties around it. Lost of business and job is something flood-prone area citizen have put up for years. Yes, they all love the "sky is clear"
To me, the sky is clear when it is not cloudy and with blue sky. Of course, there are pockets of clouds but not a sign of rainfall. Unfortunately, it is hot when the sky is clear. I guess there is a balance between rainy and hot weather though.
I am not too sure how is the situation for the sky is clear in your country. Perhaps it is great if you can share it in the comment of the post. That is one of the benefits for being active in the freewrite community
