It's difficult for some individuals to not panic especially when caught in an emergency, like your in the middle of the ocean and the ship you were boarding is about to sink and you saw a shark ready to munch anybody who jumps to the sea water in panic.
More screams instead of looking for safety, and more sharks circling the sinking ship.
At present, steem is too low and people tend to jump to another platform, afraid that steem may lost its value and more so the downvotes are most dreaded that's when panic attacks.
The what if's...I might get downvotes and all that... and the day is so sad.
As a newbie I don't have large amount of steem in my account and that might be the reason why I don't panic, This platform will and can shape a person with the help of good steemians and most especially by ourselves. It's just like having a friend to chit-chat with, where we can share my thoughts through our fingertips.
It's sad to see people go.
And so sad when it's their first day of their introductory and the next day they would go.
Let's just don't panic, everything will be alright! (my granny says :-))
