Brior’ador stepped out onto the cold dungeon floor. The dusty stone bricks looked ancient, much before his time. The dim light of the torches along the hall was barely enough to see by, much less to track by. Luckily, Brior’ador, or Ri, as he went by, had gotten a quest to slay a pesky ooze that ate chickens. With a pull in his gut, he realized this level in the dungeon was were his father was last seen going, never to be seen again. He had hoped to-
Something hit him in the small of his back, throwing him onto the tapestry, then of course hit the wall. Pain spiked through his body like arrows as he fell to the ground. His head stuck to the slime on the ground, a very gross suction. But worse of all, was the fact that he was stuck to the ground looking at an enormous, legendary Topaz Gel.
