See the greens on the pork chop plate lunch special, when I was finished eating, the greens were still on my plate. 😁 I finally had a chance to try out a restaurant that I pass on the way to poker, last week. It's called Grumpy's Mexican Cafe. I had the lunch special and the food was so good and so much, I had to take the leftovers to Debbie's. She likes salad so it didn't go to waste. The only bad thing is Grumpy's closes at 3:00pm everyday, so I'll have to go there without Debbie since she still works. Of course I'll bring her my leftovers if I have any, or I'll buy her something new to try. Fortunately, just as I was getting ready to pay, they brought out these homemade pies so I added one to my tab, a strawberry and rhubarb pie that was huge. I had never tried rhubarb before and boy was it tasty, Debbie liked it too. They're closed on Mondays, but I don't like to get out of bed before 3:00pm on Mondays anyways. Tomorrow will be another cold day in San Antonio, and may get below 30° degrees in the morning. Today they closed the highways until the temperature got above 33°, because the bridges iced over, and these people don't know how to drive.
