Well, hello again my lovely internets.

i’m kinda behind this morning already, determined to rattle off three videos and post two of them today but I wanted to have a shave first, blast my hair and my beard off and then get into work but it was not to be, such is the case someday right?

On the flip side of that Hive account@dayleeo has made us our morning smoothies full of good stuff including avocados, mixed berries, spinach and flax seed mix and a bunch of other stuff, it’s lovely and I can feel the goodness literally pouring in and sticking to my bones ;)

I’ll probably go hunting down the power cable for my clippers again shortly, it’s frustrating because it’s a single function 3.5” jack kind of cable, almost like a headphone plug, gotta find it because I’ve still got half of my breakfast smoothie in my beard, I could be carrying it for the next week! :)

Seems like this week kinda time travelled a little right? As much as I love Fridays and the weekend because of seeing my poppet and that general energy shift I still feel like I could have got more done on the computer, I guess we will see in the Fitbit stats on monday — still got the weekend right?

Pumped to see that bitcoin went over $10k yesterday for a short while, still feels very shaky right now, seems like lots of things are happening around the crypto verse right, seems like we are in a middle of a little pause before an upswing, feel like decentralised exchanges are powering up, that atm card crypto people are getting their ‘houses’ in order too.

steem is holding strong at $4.20 wish and SBD is back above $5 which is nice to see. not sure what’s happening with EOS being below $10 let’s hope that picks up soon. I’ve got my money on litecoin at the moment especially when litepay pops up at the end of the month, I’m hoping the hype train pumps that coin until then! — I got transport to fix up! :)

today is a very open day, whatever way the day goes I’m down with, I think that’s one of the things about the decentralised life I was taking about the other day, I’m totally open to how the day unfolds and I can work at anytime on my ‘storefront’ of media and content or I can launch a project.

Having flexibility to switch up like this is something that works with whatever new incentives I want to factor into my life. For instance for the next three days we are really pushing putting a lot more fibre in our diets so that we can start to control our gut bacteria better — as is always the way with eating better it’s not always cheap.

I realise I’ve not been doing a lot of steemit related audience development things recently — the outreach and the collaborative videos - but I’ve got something much bigger than those that factor those things as well, consider it like an iteration, I learned from it and I’ve already moved on it from, in some ways it’s been an intensive week in other ways.

Outside of the keyboard and mouse life I’ve been watching the olympics whenever we can get to see it, always good to see people who dedicated their lives to something try their absolutely best at something — it’s inspiring and it’s a life worth trying to achieve, the pay off is massive.

I feel I’m starting to find my pacing again with video things, I’m interested in doing something a bit more solid with @vlogging and Hive account@teamvideo but I don’t want it to be a conduit for drama, I know I have a lot to offer the world and that’s why I’ve been focusing on the Hive account@dlive stuff in the short term because it feels like the right place to be.

Ok, time to shave all my hair off and see if I can get my beard all done before the power goes on it, wish me luck! :)
