We continue with the fruits and veggies from the family garden! This week I show you a delicious juice prepared with sweet papayas.
Papaya, in addition to being a tropical fruit, is one of the most nutritious fruits. It has many properties for the body so it cannot be missing from our diet.
After washing the papaya, I cut it in half and removed all the seeds. It's important to know that papaya seeds also have properties but this time we will not use them.
I removed the peel from the papaya and cut it.
After cutting, I put it in the blender with a little water.
Blend and add sugar or some sweetener to taste. If the papayas are sweet, it may not be necessary to use sugar or you will only use a small amount.
Serve and place ice to taste! In a simple way we prepare a delicious juice with great properties, among which all the vitamins of papaya stand out, its diuretic power, improves constipation and much more.
