For the last 24 hours, 8 kids are now in Mastery in Action Camp (MIA) learning the basics of teamwork.
To achieve great results, There are 3 important components :
- Focus : by participating 100% by 100% of the team members, strong focus is in place
- Team work : Everyone is assigned a specific task to achieve the results. At the same time, everyone is able to cover one another in the event of an emergency
- Communication : By constant and consistent communications, the avoidance of making mistakes will greatly increase the results!
Too often, we know a lot of things but we do not take actions and do them. That is one of the biggest challenge of most people : Failure to take actions. As kids are learning to take massive actions in this 3 days 2 night camp, they are building basic foundation for success!
