Lethargic feline Oggy appreciates carrying on with a straightforward life - eating and staring at the TV are among his most loved diversions. Sadly, his flat mates regularly hinder his lethargy. Those flat mates are small cockroaches Joey, Marky and Dee, who jump at the chance to cause pandemonium like assaulting Oggy's ice chest, making huge chaotic heaps and driving the feline to tidy up after them. Regardless of the inconvenience they cause, Oggy furtively misses the little critters when they're nowhere to be found. Likewise part of Oggy's life is nature-adoring neighbor Olivia, who is his affection intrigue.

Connections :
Olivia
The new young lady adjacent neighbor. He becomes hopelessly enamored with Olivia. in the scene "Olivia", he spared Olivia's life, making Jack and Bob desirous of him. She is a white feline. He is generally apprehensive when he is with her, while Olivia doesn't feel anxious about the two preferring each other and have affections for each other. In any case, after a couple of scenes in Season 4, he doesn't appear to feel as anxious as previously. In "Oggy is Getting Married", both Oggy and Olivia are hitched together. In relatively every scene where they seem together, she kisses him on the cheek. Periodically, they wind up kissing each other on the lips.
Cockroaches
Oggy holds an extraordinary resentment against Dee Dee, Marky, and Joey, which backpedals to notwithstanding when he was a child (uncovered in the scene "It's a Small World"). He loses and succumbs to the cockroaches in numerous scenes, yet in some different scenes he rules successful as he overcomes them. Infrequently, in any case, Oggy is compelled to cooperate with the cockroaches, particularly when Jack is played out as the foe, as in the scenes "The Dictator" and "Life's A Beach". Oggy will in some cases have sensitivity towards the Cockroaches. In "Oggy and the Babies" he argues to Jack to save their lives and in "Lost in Space" he chooses to save the Cockroaches from choking in space in spite of being a consistent annoyance to him.
Jack
Jack is Oggy's cousin. Oggy and Jack nearly act like life accomplices to each other. Jack quite often chooses to help Oggy when he is stuck in an unfortunate situation, regardless of whether it be the Cockroaches, getting propelled to space or getting caught in the web. However their relationship isn't great. On occasion, Jack will act more contemptible and general crazy, this will dependably prompt Oggy attempting to prevent him from going any further.
Joey
Oggy and Joey are typically adversaries. Oggy appears to target Joey substantially more regularly than Dee and Marky for the most part because of him realizing that Joey is the most crafty and hardest Cockroach to stop. Now and again anyway, they frame a terrible fellowship when they both wind up stuck in an unfortunate situation. Scenes like "Mission to Earth", "Virtual Voyage" and "Adventure to the Center of the Earth" demonstrate them working together to spare each other. In "Appalling, Dirty and Good" when Joey relapses once more into a tyke, Oggy takes him under his care and is truly troubled when they backpedal to being adversaries after at long last he recoups. Flickers of their positive relationship still stands be that as it may, in "Without a doubt!" they embrace in the wake of transforming over into their genuine selves and in "Reviewer Dee", he is glad to give back Oggy's swatter after it was stolen by an octopus. Oggy and Joey's relationship is the most prominentley indicated aswell as the best one out of the 3 Cockroaches.
Sway
The adjacent neighbor with outrage administration issues. He is a foe of Oggy in numerous scenes. Everytime Oggy obliterates something that Bob claims he is quite often gets beaten/punched/kicked by Bob. Be that as it may, now and again, Bob will treat Oggy more like a companion. In "To Serve and Protect" Bob acts all the more neighborly and even has regard to Oggy once he conceives that he'd influence a decent police to officer. In "Steamed Out!" Bob effectively needs to hang out with Oggy and Jack and tries to enable them to shed pounds.
Land
The previous love intrigue who just showed up in two scenes (Jealousy and The Joker Joked). She and Oggy used to date, however in "Envy" she goes gaga for Marky, this makes Oggy end up desirous and in the long run shows her out of his home in the wake of undermining him.
Monica
Monica is the twin sister of Oggy. They have a generally pleasant relationship.
