What happened this week? Let’s find out!

Monday

Start of my sixth week here. The whole team is back in Vienna and the day has been spent working at the office. When we work all together at the same place, of course everyone work accordingly to his/her field of competence but we are always ready to give our inputs to help each other.

Tuesday

Once again, we spent the day at the office. Projects move forward and everyone gets involved as much as possible.

At the end of the day, a little change, Hive account@gexi, Orsi and I went to the 67th Stammtisch of Startups Austria. The topic of the evening was"Hiring and Firing". Two speakers came to answer questions from the public and they gave their advice based on their own experience. The evening continued with a Speed-dating, but not the way you imagine it, it was to do networking and meet new people while talking about our life, our projects, our work, etc. All three of us stayed until the end and the organizers even had to push us out!!

Wednesday

Today, Hive account@gexi, Hive account@jnmarteau and I went to @WolfgangSieberth. While the three guys worked on their projects and exchanged their ideas, I worked on my own on my main task. It’s a quite important and challenging one and that I’ll take care of if until the end of my internship here in Vienna.

Thursday

As we often do, we work everyone from our side. So, Hive account@manncpt and Hive account@jnmarteau stayed at Hug Inn and once again I went to @WolfgangSieberth to work. Although being side by side we worked each one on our projects. At lunchtime two of her co-workers were present and we shared a meal together, it was a bit like home but with a family made of Austrian, Georgian, Egyptian and French .

In the afternoon Hive account@gexi joined me to work a few hours, then I continued working on my task until the end of the day before heading back to Hug Inn.

Friday

End of the week but not end of work. This morning I led a guided tour of the city as part of the Global School Cultural Program. Rain was announced but we were lucky and the sun came back just in time. You will soon learn a little more about our Cultural Program, so stay tuned.

In the afternoon, Hive account@jnmarteau and Hive account@manncpt stayed at Hug Inn to work on the Hive account@yumleadership agency communication materials while I went to a coffee shop to work remotely. Once again I went to Café Phil, where we I’ve been a while ago with the students from Latvia. I was joined by Hive account@infinitelearning, who, meanwhile, worked on his academic work.

It's now weekend time, what have you planned? Tell us everything! On our side we are already preparing next week and personally more specifically the first Hive account@globalschool workshop on cultural awareness about “France and the French”.
