Have a good laugh at how a Swiss Bank is trying to sell Bitcoin
It looks on the surface like a really good positive Bitcoin story. But the Gnomes of Zurich behind the first Swiss Bank Bitcoin offering are somewhat misleading their customers. Not so much with the fact that they are selling them something they could have anyway, but the way it's being described is...well, if you were already confused about Bitcoin, then you will be even more after this....
Falcon Private Bank, which describes itself as a "private banking boutique" (are they really trying to make themselves sound like a high class clothing shop or something...hey come in here and buy a fur coat and a derivatives swap!) have announced that the are offering their customers the opportunity to BUY BITCOIN.
The announcement on their website is made by a man who can only be described as a Swiss version of Dracula. You can practically see his discomfort at being in front of those nasty daylight lamps, as he rubs his hands together with the glee of a dark satanic figure about to give his victims a complete liquidity draining. Oh yeah he also gives the VERY BEST explaination as to why you should invest in Bitcoin ever (not).
So I thought I'd do a little video about it. And take the piss a bit.....
