Have you ever broken into tears from repressing your feelings for too long?
Motion charger it said...
I examined the box and read the description. I was intrigued. What could this be? I took my blade and sliced the box open. I could see that the contents fit the description, but still didn't quite understand what kind of gadget it could be...
My colleagues were all typing away to themselves. "Wearable motion charger", I said out loud. Mary looked up from her desk and back down again. I removed the product from the box and continued reading. "Exercise with Ampy. Charge your phone with your own energy". Now they were listening. "What do you do to charge it?", asked Ronan.
That's when I broke.
I couldn't hold it in any longer as I answered, "you run!". My colleagues watched as I broke into tears.
I enjoy running as much as the next person (not very much), and so this piece of technology for charging your phone while you exercise had me hysterical.
If I really think about it I can see a lot of merit to a product like this, creating incentives to exercise in order to charge your phone, despite these devices already in existence without the requirement of motion. But if there's one thing you should know about me if we are friends it's that I am very easily amused.
