Hi Everyone welcome to TRUTH OR DARE. Yoga a great way to relax and stay in shape a lot of people all around the world practice these combinations of stretches and breathing techniques. I have to it's all very beneficial to us even if we are just beginners we can benefit from practicing Yoga or some form of it once or twice week. I specially like the meditation segments it helps me focus better and balance my thoughts and emotions and refocus on my goals. I also practice QiGong which is another form of moving energy thought our bodies and focusing our thoughts i love the many beneficial results. How about you have you ever or do you practice Yoga or any other form of self disipline?
