These users who curse at you and disregard all and any respect most likely cannot be helped.
You can try and regain control of the conversation but most of the time it's a lost cause. They simply cannot focus and no matter what you say the situation only gets worse.
That's when you offer them a manager to speak with and put them on a brief hold. Then you change your voice and come back to the call and pray it gets resolved quickly. 😂 lol kidding.................
