Greetings everybody, on this april i have a question for you. is it true if 1 + 1 = 4 ?

as far as i know:
1 + 1 = 2 (decimal numeral system base-10)
1 + 1 = 10 (binary numeral system base-2)

so, is it true 1 + 1 = 4 ?
