Do exercises in one of the must important things you have to do, not only because you have to be skinny but for healthy reasons, that's why I started to do some functional exercises, those are good for everything and you don't have to spend many hrs at the gym, also can be done out site you just need the mood I guess ☺
I use to take some class outside at the beach, those are amazing! (but in the afternoon!! otherwise you feel like hell!!!)
Prepare yourself and start little by little!!
