Hey all! Here's another great dish that we cooked up for mother's day! This one is a homemade artichoke dip platter in a sourdough bread bowl with fresh veggies on the side!
Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Cucumbers
- 2 Green Peppers
- Baby Carrots
- Tomatoes
- Celery
- Mayo
- Artichokes
- Spinach
Instructions:
- Mix the mayo with 2 eggs and thinly chopped artichokes and chopped spinach
- Add to bread bowl
- Bake for 1 hour
- Chop veggies
- Plate the veggies with the breadbowl (spoon recommended.. things could get messy!)
