Warmup:
- 10 minute stair master
- leg extensions
- leg curls
- static stretching
Workout:
- dumbbell RDLs
- super squat press
- Leg press
- barbell RDLs
- walking lunges with dumbbells
- Leg extensions
- Leg curls
- Lying leg curls
- hip abductors
