As you probably know I love beef whether it's a steak, ground for tacos or between 2 slices of bread as a burger!!
This was a serious masterpiece and the best burger I've ever had!!!
Instructions
- Toast the bun to your liking (a toaster or oven will do)
- Season the burger patties (I used 2 patties per burger)
- Heat a pan with a little butter and add patties to the pan
- Cook for 6 minutes on each side
- Remove burgers and add to your bun
- Add onions to the pan and cook till crisp
- Add lettuce and tomato and the cooked onions to the burger
- Enjoy your masterpiece!!!
I cooked my burgers medium-rare for maximum flavor. Cooking the onions in the leftover juice from the burgers is the key to some really crisp and tasty onions on the burger!!!
The bun was also an onion bun which added even more flavor!!!
