This effect :
You can special summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 light and 1 dark monster from you graveyard. Once per turn : you can send 1 dragon- type monster from your hand and 1 dragon type monster from your deck to the graveyard, then target 1 card in either graveyard; banish that target.
I think this card very effective for playing red eyes and vanguard dragon deck.
