I created this settlement from scratch to have a place to send clones of some of the reworked NPC's that I make. It is south of Somerville Place where the river begins to run into marsh land. I purposely tried to keep it smallish but I did cram a lot into a small footprint. It has all the stores, recreation, food and water 20 settlers could ever need. I think it turned out quite cozy. I have not added greenery yet but went ahead and took a few screenshots. Hope you enjoy!
