Hello again!
As I said in my previous posts about Sherlock Holmes and Theme Hospital, I so enjoyed those old PC games that I want to share them again on Steemit.
I'm hoping for some feedback about what your best old games are.
Today I'd like to remember that old classic 'Paperboy'.
Most gamers from the 80's will well recall this game of skill and patience.
The original Paperboy game, released by Mindscape Inc in 1988, ran from a CD on DOS so to play it now you need to use DOSBox.
Several people in my family were paper boys and girls back in the day. We lived in London where you must deliver the paper through the letterbox but in the game you just hurl it at the house. I think that is what they did in America.
The paperboy encountered many hazards while he cycled down the road. His task was to deliver his papers while avoiding being knocked off his bike.
You could pick up fresh supplies of papers on route plus you had to deliver only to the houses that subscribed.
Have fun checking out this video of the game! Happy memories huh?
