Games have oocupied a great place since ages. Over ancient gurukulas devoted morning and evening to games. It is also said that sound mind exists in a sound body.
Health is defined as of three kinds. Physical,mental and moral health.Games and sports are of great importance to all types of health.Games such as badminton ,football ,cricketetc. Provide good exeeciseto all parts of our body. Diseases do not came near us.We always remain fit and healthy to do assigned jobsefficiently.A country needs strong men for itsdefence. It is the games that make us fit and best. There are many types of games and sports. There areindoor games like cards , ludo ,chess they sharp our mind .there are outdoor games like cricket ,badminton, ,football etc they are very helpful for being fit.They are as much as necessary for us as food and drink.They form an important part of our education.
Outdoor games and sports provide a good exercise to all parts of our body..They kep our body strong and healthy.. It is said "All work and no play makes jack dull boy". We must have a sound mind in a sound body . Games make body mind fit healthy and active.
Games and sports teach us the lesson of one for all and all for one.They teach is cooperation and discipline . We learn from them the valuable lesson of fellow feeling, courage ,honesty, hardworkand team spirit.Games and sports prepare us for the battle of life. A true spirtsman lead a hqppy life . He wins withput pride and loses without bitterness. He does not cqte for his victory defeat,fame or reward . He doez his duty properly..
