I went on a long trip today in the game Black Desert Online, and it was all for nothing.
I wanted to get a quest in a far away area, because it would give me one additional inventory slot. This is most welcome, because I always have trouble with inventory slots. My bags are always full.
I might be a little bit of a hoarder in game...
So we took the trip, but when we got there, I could not receive the quest! This means I have to travel all the way back to our safe haven, just to find out why I couldn't get this quest. Some people online are talking about a questline I might have missed. Bah!
It wasn't a complete waste of time though, because the trip did take us through some pretty areas. I'll return there one day to take more screenshots, but for now, I want to give you a sneak peak. I took screenshots from the back of my horse while we were riding back home!
The quest was supposed to be at a logging camp, somewhere we'd never been before.
The road that took us there went past a beautiful river. These screenshots don't do it justice, so I'll definitely return there one day!
It's a lovely area to walk through.
While on the way back, I also passed this little farming site.
After that, we ran through the big city Calpheon.
There is so much to see there! We still haven't met most of the people wandering around this city.
It has a beautiful and crowded little market street which is full of people, stalls and colors! More on this city later!
Ofcourse, there is plenty more farmland around the city.
With lovely little buildings and flowers.
And wandering kids!
I also passed these weird bird men. I hadn't seen those before.
We've entered Olvia!
I've spend quite some time in this little town lately. It's close to Velia, our safe haven, and it has many repeatable quests.
It's a beautiful little town and I might show you some more screenshots of it later, once I make them.
That's the end of our journey. I hope you've enjoyed the tour!
