After I gave up working the the desktop yesterday I caught my son watching a video on a word combination game. It was quite funny and interesting to watch so I had to try it myself and that is what I spent the rest of the evening doing.
It is easier in the beginning but the more words you make the more challenging it seems to come up with a new word combination. The more combinations you can create though gives you ideas of combinations to try.
I turned to YouTube to see how others did it and just as many play for fun as play for competition. I was looking for a few specific combinations once I hit dragon.
This was the set up I had this morning and I laughed when I decided to try combining Ice Cube and Ice Tea. Now if I can find out how to turn Ice Ice Baby into vanilla Ice. What about combining these names to create M&M? When I get there I may write again on this game.
As far as the words on the left I feel I can go not further in how many Game Of Thrones combinations I can make. The videos were not as helpful as finding the combination lists on line. Apparently I need to make clean among other words tp combine sopranos in order to get the series title.
There is a cool bonus to this game. That is discovering words that have not been used before. I have mad about four first discovery words. How many can you make.
Playing this reminded me of another game I played a while back. I could not remember the name of it but knew it was a city building card game. After some search I came across Stacklands. The only thing is it is now not free. One more thing to ad to my list of things to buy.
Anyway if you want to play something you do not have to spend a lot of time on I recommend either of these two game. Infinite Craft can be found here. As far as stacklands, that game is around $8.00 on steam. Go play and have fun and let me know in the comments what you thought of these games.
