Released on April 18, 2017 on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Late Shift is an interactive movie developed by CtrlMovie and published by Wales Interactive. The title had received rather positive reviews but had been relatively quiet since its release. It is also in all discretion that the announcement of a Nintendo Switch version of Late Shift was made via a listing of the eShop.
If many independent titles come out every week on Switch, there are still few titles that mix cinema and video game as Late Shift is preparing to do it on the latest Nintendo console. Today, moreover, comes out The Bunker, an interactive film that plunges the player / spectator into a horrifying universe. Late Shift will follow suit and will be released in a few weeks on the same platform.
So it will be April 26 that will be released Late Shift on the latest console Nintendo. The title will be sold for 12.99 euros and will be fully available in French (and a large number of languages). To be able to take advantage of this last you will have to provide 6.9 GB of free space on your console during the installation. Moreover, no specificity is to be expected since the interactive film proposed is the same as on other platforms.
As far as the game itself is concerned, Late Shift describes itself as an adventure title in Full Motion Video whose screenplay was written by one of Guy Ritchie's screenwriters for Sherlock Holmes. After being forced to participate in a robbery, Matt, the hero you play, will do everything to try to prove his innocence. From the beginning, until the end, your choices will have consequences. The least of your decisions will change the course of Matt's fate.
