Since my PC can't run the latest games and most of my gaming collection are from Humble Bundles, I found home in a reddit group called /r/patientgamers.

Patinet Gamers is a place for gamers who are, (of course) patient. Rather than follow the latest gaming hype. This community focuses on games that are at least 6 months old and
People in the community post things like hidden gems, recommendations and the positives/negatives of waiting a while before playing a game. One of the latest posts is about why being a patient gamer at these times is a "godsend!"
Patient Gamers also have a weekly posts. One is "What games are you playing this week?" which I try to post in each week. The other is a Backlog helper (where people ask recommendations for what games to play next)
A recurring advice I saw in this community is "Buy only the games that you want to play RIGHT NOW! There will always be a next sale. I kind of took this advice to heart!
