It took me a while to find it three times. I finally did it though! I had the first one for over a week already. Finally found another one just past the weekend and then the third one later this week. Water-type Pokémon aren't that easy to come by. So I preferred to try and get 3 of these Quests before I would complete them.
The first one did have 2 out of 10 Evolutions done for it already. That's because during the Pyschic Spectacular I managed to get two quests to Evolve 3 Slowpoke or Exeggcute and chose to Evolve 2 Slowpoke and 1 Exeggcute for that Quest. With the 2 Slowpoke it made that first quest get to 2 Pokémon evolved for it already.
As I have two Lucky Squirtle I figured I would now evolve the lowest IV one now to get Lucky Wartortle and Blastoise in my Pokédex too and then transfer it. I preferred to keep my higher IV Lucky Squirtle just in case there is ever an event with a special move for Blastoise only obtained while evolving during the event. So I still have that one.
These are the 3 Dratini that I got as my rewards for these Field Research Quests. I got much better ones that the last time when I had 2 Quests that gave Dratini. Both of those were below 82% IV, so not classified as a wonder by my team leader Blanche. These Dratini, especially the last two are higher in IV. I still have to check the exact IVs. Most likely I'll one of them and try to trade the other two with people who have some Dratini to trade as well.
This time around I also remembered to take an AR picture for one of the Dratini I caught from these Quests. You could find Dratini around the water in the Safari Zone back in the first Pokémon games. So I decided to take an AR picture near the water monument at the city hall.
Do you also try to collect 2 or 3 of these Quests before you do them so you can do multiple of them with the same amount of Evolutions?
