When I look at the stats for my Overwatch account I consistently find that the heroes I play best are not necessarily the heroes I find the most enjoyable to play. My Zenyatta, Soldier and D.Va. All of these heroes are high rate of fire spammy heroes and while there is the little differences in play style that make you better than others playing that same hero, it's still a case of spam for ultimate charge and dump an ulti. Rinse and repeat. I find these heroes significantly easier due to that play style but at the same time I don't necessarily enjoy that play style.
I probably could have put all of this better as I realise the game is based around charging ultimates etc. and you could argue that all heroes have the same play style if you follow my explanation but I guess my question to you is do you find the heroes you do best with aren't necessarily what you want to play?
I love McCree for example and I can have huge games with him where I dominate with constant critical picks but the consistency just isn't there as it is with other characters. Whether this is a problem with my skill and play style or a balance issue I don't know. What do you think?
