I'm a player of Counter-Strike Global Offensive
I have played a lot of hours in it, now have around 3000 playing for like a 4 years with breaks.
Its actually fun to play with friends, maybe the alone matchmaking experience wouldn't be so great, because there's a lot of players who will be toxic, trying to kick you in the last round for nothing and ruin your matches like that.
About cheaters there's a lot of them and VALVE doesn't seem to do anything about it. They tried to add "Prime" matchmaking but it didnt changed a lot you can still meet a lot of cheaters in the higher rank matchamking.
VAC ( VALVE anti-cheat) system doesnt work good. I never tried cheating myself, but i had a smurf(you buy a new account and play versus the lower rank players) account, got many reports because they tought i was cheating.
On the other and CSGO is dying, it have fallen from the first to the third on the most playble games in the steam.
Why is CSGO dying? The creators of it never listen to the players, they always want just to make money from the game for buying skins which they add very often. Second reason would be just because they doesnt make anything to deal with the cheaters and just because of new players doesnt want to play anymore or just other players are tired of those cheaters.
In conclusion I think CSGO is a great game, fun to play with friends and dont have that price so high, there is a lot of gamemodes in it which you can test. But also it is dying just because of reasons i mentioned. Thank you for reading my post and have a good day.
