Baldur's Gate 3 was the most significant thing I've played in months
I got obsessed enough that I wound up drawing the dragonborn
But beyond Baldur's Gate 3 I haven't played many games
It went through quite a lot of revisions lol.. I wouldnt share traced stuff as "art" to be honest. I think that would be rather lazy. For my first character drawing, I can't complain i think it has some minor errors here and there.
Basically I play the game, find a good reference shot, and then start with the head / work my way down
I take certain liberties with the clothing / armor as needed
but its pretty similar to what my character was wearing ingame
General process here:
for organic stuff... I do traditional techniques using shapes / primitives at the start
(such as the head)
but afterward I just freehand the normal / static stuff like cloths.
