Let's begin, technology over the last 20 years has changed the way we see and do things in the world, with the rise of new gaming technology being build all the time such as Virtual Reality HeadSets and Ultra HD graphics what can we expect to see next?
We have seen all types of gaming tech over the years in many different ways: from Nintendo NES duck hunt to the Wii fit board. In the last decade there have mostly been 3 main gaming console manufacturers which are Microsoft , Nintendo and Sony. In recent time Virtual Reality tech has developed a new market for game developers, so what is next big thing with in the gaming world ?
With Virtual Reality technology slowly being integrated with in the gaming world, also companies such as Microsoft and Sony working on their own Virtual Reality systems, we can see that this is the direction the gaming world is working towards, for more immersive game play.
Currently on the market, the top rated Virtual Reality headset of choice is the Vive from a newcomer to the gaming world - HTC. This current VR set comes with: headset with eye relief adjustments, a controller with Realistic HD haptic feedback and Base Stations which gives a 360-degree play area coverage.
We also feel that technology is there with Virtual Reality, however, it is still a long way away, before it becomes main stream, it also needs some more time to bring the technology up to its full potential.
With this being said, comparing the technology from consoles that bring us back to our childhood such as the Playstation1 to consoles that we posses in our homes today such as the xBox1 and PS4, technology has come a far way along these years; with the quality of graphics to storage and being able to use consoles not only for gaming purposes.
Hopefully in the future we will see fully immersive games including full on body suits!
