The weekend proved to be quite challenging as I needed to find balance and time to achieve a couple of gaming objectives. First, we had the Pokemon Go Eevee Community Day on both Saturday and Sunday. Second, I had to continue to grind in Destiny 2 to progress for both the Moments of Triumph and Solstice of Heroes events. Lastly, I needed to enjoy the time with my friends to grind some of the Black Ops 4 beta which was also a limited time event. On Saturday I found out from my friends that Treyarch announced that if a player achieved the max level for the Beta, level 40, they will get rewarded a permanent unlock token when the game launches in October. These tokens are great given that they permit you to unlock something for your character before achieving the level needed to unlock it.
At first, I was concerned about getting to the max level given all the commitments I had during the weekend. Luckily for me, Treyarch added double experience for the weekend to assist in obtaining the goal. Despite this, I needed to play a number of games during the weekend which was actually great because I am really enjoying the multiplayer mode of this Call of Duty. I am so glad that Treyarch did not disappoint me.
I played a variety of game modes and tried almost all the weapons. However, I have not decided what I will spend my token on come launch day as there still may be some tweaks before the full game is released. I will look to You Tube for suggestions on what to use it on. I may have to take some vacation time off work to play this when it is released!
