TimeShift is a FPS game from 2007 developed by Saber Interactive. In this game you will find elements of many great games mixed together to form a Voltron of a game. There are time traveling elements from games like Singularity, dystopian Half Life 2 kind of setting, slow time from games like Max Payne and F.E.A.R. to name a few. Players take a role of a scientist with a special Beta suit capable of time travel and he needs to stop the villain who stole the Alpha suit and changed the timeline.
TimeShift is not like any other generic shooter, with the push of a button players can rewind time and save themselves from mistakes they did in the past. You can also stop and slow down time to mix things up, you can for example stop time and steal enemy guns from their hands and dispose of them easily. All those time shifting gameplay elements will help you solve environmental puzzles and will help you beat very aggressive foes. This is mostly a singleplayer game, so you can expect a decent story and nice graphics, which is surprising considering it is 10 years old already.
