It is official, Warhammer 2 is out! And as always there is a four way dilemma, which one of four cool races with crazy new mechanics to choose for the 1st playthrough? Sadistic Dark Elves, Lizardmen riding dinosaurs, disciplined High Elves with all sorts of dragons and phoenixes, or steampunk rats Skaven with abominations from nightmares. New world looks absolutely fantastic, way better than previous Old world from the first game. Just scrolling through the map and seeing all the details brings all sorts of nerdgasms.
Creative Assembly really did an awesome job with this game, everything is better and more streamlined. User interface is cleaner, tutorial explanation of the game is improved if you're new to the game. New mechanics like Rites every race has, those are special objectives where you need to collect faction specific items in order to get great upgrades, adds another layer to an already complex game. This is just a first look and my impressions are hugely positive. Play this and stay tuned for the full review later on!
