I saw something about this game on steemit a little bit ago, but I didn't really look into it at the time. Looked like it was in closed testing still, and while the theme interests me, it didn't really grab me at the time for whatever reason. Possibly because I was still trying to come to terms with the platform, and was away from home.
Whatever the reasons were, I was reminded about it again by the other day and took a better look at it, and while my first impressions aren't something that I'm going to be spending all my time actively playing, that's actually a good thing. It's effectively an idle game that you play while browsing steemit.
To get started you need to install a chrome extension, and sign in using steemconnect. @dksart has written a decent how to get set up guide, or you can go to the game's homepage or join the Discord to ask questions (and find other players once you've started playing).
It seems like a fun little game, with active development that is ongoing, which encourages players to spend more time reading more posts and interacting more with other members of the community. All of this sounds like pretty good things to my ears. More people reading more posts, with more people posting 'meaningful' comments and voting on things, because all of those activities are useful in helping to generate treasure chests that just appear over the normal page, and when you click them an overlay tells you what you've found and it's added to your inventory.
In the last few days they've also announced their latest development, which lets players construct some kind of housing, as well as already being able to attack other players for xp gains.
I look forward to watching the game as it develops, and hopefully enjoying playing it while I'm browsing
