Hi Hive account@hernandev - Thanks a lot for your comment and interest. The process is fully randomized. Look at it like a lottery. Steemian 1 buys 1 ticket > Steemian 2 buys 1 ticket. Now there is 2 tickets, and SteemCoinflip will randomly select one of these 2 tickets, by generating a random SEED that will be used to generate the random number.
