Quick Review
Monster Hunter: World is an enjoyable game that fans of the series will like. The same can also be said for newcomers. Players are given an engaging story for the first time in the series, and this amongst other things, may have helped to make it the best in the series so far. The game offers a beautiful seamless open-world to explore with lots of monsters to hunt. The weapons on offer are also varied and well balanced, which helps to bring about challenging and intense battles. The multiplayer is well-integrated and offers lots of extra content. However, some new players may still find the game overwhelming at times, and also very difficult when under prepared for battles. Hunting for some of the rare parts in the game may become repetitive for some players. While some of the menus are awkward and could have been designed in a better way.
